On the overall, I must admit that I was very happy with the feedback I received. Chad pointed out that I must explain why I thought that many people wanted to live in downtown and Esther thought that I should give more facts.

I tried by to make my allegations more credible by saying that I conducted extensive research about the real state market and I tried to make it more clear how I was planning on getting the money invested back in a short amount of time.

ReplyDeleteI definitely think you improved your elevator pitch a lot more. It came together a lot nicer. The delivery was very nice and you are definitely dressed very professionally and translate your information to the audience in an effective manner. I hope that the extensive research that you conducted helped you better understand the market and further dig deeper into the idea. Knowing that market definitely will help you in terms of advertising and marketing.
You did a really good job! I like how you spoke slowly so it was easy to understand. I think the research you are doing is going to benefit you with a lot. It is important to know your target market. Overall, I like your pitch way better around this time.

ReplyDeleteI thought that you did a fantastic job with this pitch. You really did a great job of slowing yourself down, which allows us to better understand what you are saying. I also thought the way in which you pitched your idea worked better than before. You can try to rest your arms at your side a little more, but because your arm movements were slow, they were not a distraction in their current form.
