Alexandro, I really like the idea of a train system for transportation. It's very modern and cutting edge. You definitely have the correct confidence and mannerisms for this elevator pitch and seem very into the idea itself. The only suggestions that I can make are to shy away from making the assumptions that "everyone will love it". Rather than saying that, you could maybe use the idea that you have interviewed this many people and gotten such and such a response. That way it is more specific and easier for an investor to attach on to.
You are right that is it way too expensive to live in the heart of a big city. Trans aren't cheap but would help with the heart of the big city being over populated. I think when you are pitching this idea you should have added in more facts but overall I think it is a good idea. It will take a long time to built which I would have like to hear you speak about in the future.
